I just had the worst experience with Youi harassing me , I received 8 phone calls over 2 days. I told them I had to go get three other quotes and they then harrased me if had got the quotes yet...last time I checked I didnt report to them and I am an adult and capable of making my own decisions . Because of this behavior I will not be signing up with youi no matter how much I save.

I initially found them calling within 10 mins of trying to do an on-line quote annoying. But found them to be cheaper for my car & contents insurance. people told me that if I had a claim they wouldn't be very good. I found they were great. I had an at fault MV claim where my car was written off. 1 week later to the day the money was in the bank. They made the process very easy.

Thought that Youi would be cheaper than the RACV, but the quote was 2.5 times more than my RACV renewal... Receiving more than 5 calls a day, the people that call are quite threatening.... Don't understand why they want our contact numbers when its just a quote

Stalking! Calling me twice a day and then one day rang me 4 times within half an hour! I told them not to call me again, I wouldnt go with Youi due to their harassing tactics. They left it for a day and starting calling me again. I have now emailed them and if they contact me again, I'll be taking it to the Ombudsman.

They called me 6 times within a few hours of making an online enquiry, thats basically one call an hour. The final call the woman left a message and told me she was going to email me. She did and it was asking me to call her :) No thanks

Same as others. Just doing an "on line" quote with YOUI and the system tells me someone will call me! They call and I'm on the phone for ages answering questions. She could tell that I was getting frustrated but I wanted to know how much. Sure it was $70 odd cheaper than NRMA but she was then pressuring me to sign up. I said I would shop around and she said she would call me. I said no thanks dont call me, I'll call you if i decide to go ahead. Sure enough, she starts to call. I'm just ignoring the calls now.

I declined to renew with Youi, received threatening phone calls that I would be listed as refused by Insurance company and then I would have difficulty in getting insurance. Wanted to switch me to the cancellation dept. I told caller that I had declined to renew, so therefore take that as cancellation by me. More e-mails, again with threats to list as declined insurance. Strangely when I checked back I had never received a PDS. They had already attempted to deduct renewal premium, although I had said in initial policy that I did not authorise any future debits. Beware, Youi will take the renewal without your authority

YOUi gave me one of the most expensive quotes. I found Bingo and Progressive to be the cheapest but stayed with AAMI in the end as they gave me a $100 discount after I told them about the other two quotes, so the difference wasn't really worth me changing insurance company. Worth a try to save a few bucks!

Incredibly annoying, Ive been harrassed with calls and emails constantly since trying to get a quote....it totally put me off dealing with them, and considering some of the comments on here regarding their quotes it's a good thing I ignored their calls........

Yeah bastards... I couldn't even get my online quote because they never sent me the txt to login properly to get my quote.. I notice that I had to give them all my personal details including my mobile number to just get a quote, some of the other insurers did not require this..

I hope you read these comments and learn from then youi... Bad policy ringing people...

Same complaint as KM; I was just shopping around wanting to know what Youi would quote my car insurance at. I only put my details because you have to, to get an online quote. If i wanted to speak to someone I would have called them. They've tried calling me twice but didn't a leave message on my voicemail. Annoying!

Wow. I can't beleive I'm not the only one being harassed. I did an online quote so I wouldn't have someone trying to talk me into having my policy with them. If I wanted to talk on the phone I would have phoned them.
