Have had YOUII for years now , House , contents and accidental , just had to say they are great when the sh*t hits the fan and you need them .... !

just saying.... expensive laptop , home repairs , all sorted when the time came I needed their insurance !!

Tried to get an online quote but all I got is harassing phone calls. AND!!! Aami was $200 a year cheaper. What a loser company.

Why advertise online insurance if you have to get a unwanted phone call from someone who has low skills in the English vocabulary. . . . . .

To get online quotes, if possible use fake details

Like everyone else, I went online to get a quote for my car insurance and instantly got a call from YOUI. They have called about 10 times since and I have just ignored it so far. I went back to their webpage and noticed that when you hover over Start a Quote (right next to Quote by Phone!!), the pop up says "If we are able to offer you cover we will call you to discuss out best deal" - wish I had seen that prior to clicking! Bad way of doing business YOUI!!

I requested a quote - like most others more expensive than AAMI so told them not to bother calling me back and I did not want time to think about it.

What happens - they called me back. I then got several marketing emails. I eventually sent in a complaint (via online form) telling tem DO NOT PHONE ME. DO NOT SEND ME EMAILS.

What happened I got a call from (07) 3719 4800. AHHHHHHHHHHHH frustration. never going to touch YOUI again

Rang briefly then cut out. No message was left. And yes I did seek an “on line” quote from Youi recently, but like everyone else they called me straight away and after an hour on the phone I decided not to proceed. Now I keep getting these calls.

Youi insurance. I didn't renew my insurance with them as the price skyrocketed in the second year (that's how they get you right? cheap in the first year, then they bump it up and hope you don't notice and you just pay it). I decided to go with a different insurer and now they constantly call and leave voice mail messages and txt messages all day for WEEKS! I have told them I don't need their insurance anymore but they still keep calling.

said they would email copy of my quote only sent me their terms and conditions no mention of actual quote.. but in prior conversation had almost begged me to sign up documents unseen..

I was trying to get an 'onlin quote' from Youi and end up with a 15 mins talk! Their insurance is very expensive! Twice of my current one and more excess fee! I ask them do not give me any 'feedback call' but they keep calling me anyway.
