Tried to get a online quote for a building insurance, the as most of other people here, was forced to pick up the phone to talk to their consultant. I advised honestly that I was shopping around to see if there was better offer to switch to, then the guy kept asking what would be the exact day I will transfer to them if their rate is better. To be frankly the attitude Was rude and I felt threatened. Then I had to answer all those wired questions like when the house is usually occupied, which I had never been asked by over providers. To seek insurance is for the peace of mind, but insuring with them will just give me more stress as they will know all my routine. Well properly just because of the guy’s attitude…

Wanted to get an online quote so i filled in all the questions only to get a call asking for the exact same questions, the guy was very pushy..asking "how i would be paying today" when i said i only wanted an online quote so I could compare. The price was 3 times the amount of other places! would not do business with these cowboys!

it's Youi insurance company. They have called me twice today … and each time they have the option to leave a voicemail. I don't understand why they wouldn't leave a voicemail … UGH!!!

Seem like there quite a few upset client. I was in the same case, didn't like that they have to call me instead of just telling me what it is on their website via Quote system.

But I'm genuinely quite like them for a few reason. Firstly they their centre is Australia, located in Queensland (called with a (07).

Secondly is their attitude, some people may not like it but I can't help but think, "This guy seem quite an Australian." Very friendly way of talking, greeting and the whole thing, "mate, how you going."

The building insurance they gave me was OK so I went with it, Insurance.

Did an online quote, wanting to do it ONLINE. They miseladingly make you put in your telephone number thinking its for an ONLINE quote, then someone rings you right away weather you like it or not. Mine happened to be at 11 oclock on a weeknight. If i wanted to speak to someone i got your number i would of called. This makes people shop elsewhere, good way to lose business, Youi..

no biggy.... just calling to verify my upcoming bill.

Tried to get a quote online, went through the whole process of entering my details and was told at the end that somebody would call me! If I wanted to speak to somebody I would have called THEM in the first place. Then somebody sent the quote via text message, which was $220 MORE than the quote I went with. Even after that they kept phoning me every couple of hours until I blocked the number..

Rang me before the online system had completed a quote. They quoted me some $200 more than my current insurer. Waste of time!

requested online quote for car insurance. Within 1 minute of getting my mobile number from the online details they have been ringing multiple times a day/night and over the weekend. This is harassment and if I wanted the insurance I would have completed the online stuff. They do not get the hint even after days of me not answering my phone. Disgusting!
