I was a youi customer for 7 years, comprehensive car insurance. And came the time I had an accident, they stitched me with T&C says, I'm not really covered. Stuff them. Cancelled straight away and now they won't stop ringing. Blocked their number(s).

I must admit the man on the phone was so polite on the first call guess that why I stayed on the line so long!

Yes it is annoying if you're doing an online quote and they want to continue it via a call with no warning. It's dumb. I could be in the office, I could be anywhere and it's not appropriate for a call. They shouldn't be so aggressive.

I thought i was getting an online quote, what ensued has been 5 calls and 1 voicemail in the space 1.5hrs! It is close to harrassment, needless to say i will not purchase insurance from Youi.

This is areal company with real people, not a canvassing company from who knows where. The customer service responded to my email very quickly to make sure I was happy with the outcome. She stayed on the line with me while I applied the changes to my request & guided me through the process of logging on. When we completed our project, she also asked if there was anything else I needed or had questions on. Very happy with the care & attention of service YOUI Insurance gave me. Thank you.
