Same as the other comments. Once I finally got a quote from them it was double what others had quoted (Jetski), their sales tactics are tacky. Club Marine was easy. I did do them the courtesy of replying by email, no thanks, I guess they’ll keep harassing me now.

Tried to obtain online House insurance quote. Ended up $400 more than my current insurer so definitely not cheaper.

I have applied for quote online for my care insure. They call me back and ask a lot of question that I already fill out on online form. Until at the end, I ask for a price, she didn't give me a price but ask for my credit card instead. I tell her to send me information to my email, but never got one from them. I refuse to give my credit card information then hang up. It was scam.

Tried to get a quote, I hit submit and the phone rang 10 seconds later. I haven't even had to time think about the quote. Total turnoff! I am going back to AAMI>

I emailed them to tell them that I do not want to renew my insurance with them. I also mentioned specifically that I do not appreciate a call back to discuss as I have already decided to change. They went ahead and called me anyways! Frankly I am very glad to be leaving them after 5 years as I don't get loyalty discounts and constantly get calls!

I have never ever used youi or got a quite from them. Yet 4 days ago I got sms saying they lodged my claim. Another 2 sms later that day asking me to call them, then a 3rd sms referring to covid policy. They left a mobile number & landline number to call them. Both numbers are NOT registered to youi as per their contacts on website I checked. 3 days running now they call me asking to speak to John. I have never heard of John so they say sorry & put phone down only to call again next day. Very suspicious. Sounds like scammer to me but if it is youi using false excuses to call you to sell insurance they are a disgrace. I have blocked their numbers

They send unsolicited sms suggesting they lodged my claim then keep sending more sms saying to contact them. They then call every day asking for different name and act surprised when I say I have no idea who that is, who they are or why they called. Clearly a scammer or suspicious caller

I can't see the point of doing an online quote in order to get information when the insurance company then immediately phone you for more information. Sorry Youi you lost me before I even got started.

I was a youi customer for 7 years, comprehensive car insurance. And came the time I had an accident, they stitched me with T&C says, I'm not really covered. Stuff them. Cancelled straight away and now they won't stop ringing. Blocked their number(s).

Yes it is annoying if you're doing an online quote and they want to continue it via a call with no warning. It's dumb. I could be in the office, I could be anywhere and it's not appropriate for a call. They shouldn't be so aggressive.

Same as everyone else’s comments when I said I didn’t want to speak to anyone but want quote sent to my email not only was the quote around $880 with a $900 odd excess but when I changed the date to supposedly start the next week the premium jumped up and this is before you can choose anything else why would I insure with them when my current insurer charges me $79 a month for agreed value and a $600 excess and now youi will not stop calling it’s harassment
