Badgering calls if you ask for an Insurance quote. When you say NO, they continue to call.

Absolutely outrageous. Just wanted an online quote for insurance - I don’t want to talk to someone - I just want to know my options. There was no opt out of a call either - they just hit you with it at the end and then they IMMEDIATELY call you. That’s a damn sure way not to get my business. I have blocked the number and if I get any further calls I’ll be reporting them to the relevant authority.

Like others, went online to get a quote for insurance. Got called and operator went through the same q's i answered online. Stipulated that I only wanted a quote as I was still shopping around for the best price for my individual circumstances. The fast talking pressure sell started, becoming quickly uncomfortable to the point of being harrassing, (texting and calling me back within a couple of hours to "chat" further about my decision - which I hadn't even made yet). Ended up blocking the number and found more affordable insurance elsewhere.

As others have stated getting calls about a quote online where they have to call you and then find the quote a rip off from other recognised insurance providers (maybe this is how they pay for stupid ads).

I tried to get an online quote with Youi, to avoid having to talk on the phone. U fill out all the questions, then at the end, they withold the online quote & instead call you multiple times on a silent number & then this number. Annoying As!

Tried to get a quote for my car online. AS mentioned in many other complaints they send a pin to your phone then the quote procedures ends. They then call to finish the quote. This is not how I wish to do this. I don't want to talk to a person to get the quote as they will try everything to get your business. I would rather compare quotes online and then chose the best one for me.

Youi! Made the mistake of looking for quotes for car insurance. Everyone else emails or gives it to you online, these bastards call relentlessly the instant you press send. Plus, the bastards are dearer than everyone else and give you a gobfulf when you tell them.
