Please remove my number from your call list. I am on the do not call register

We have repeatedly asked that our number be removed from the Cerebral Palsy Qld call list (for donations) and they have failed to do this as we still receive frequent calls - No Happy CP QLD!
We believe that it is a legal requirement that our nuber be removed from their cal list if we request this - so why are we still getting calls!!
