yep same here, i'm giving to 2 charitys, and they claim to be calling on behalf of both charitys, they call from these numbers and say well done thank you but can you give more.
not happy with that, it is annoying and am considering a halt from them. (calls twice a month from each)

This is no Charity

They call me too. 1 every single day which is so quite annoying. I told them

They called me today, I am a regular contributor on a monthly basis to this charity, guy claimed he was new but would not get to the point as to why he was calling so he asked if he call later I said okay, then blocked them.

It's the Cancer council, if you block this number, they just use another number. They are somewhat rude and persistant.

I have had so many calls, I have blocked the number from my phone.

They have called every weekday afternoon for 4 weeks!

They are callin me twice a day because I ticked some box on a survey so annoying!

Called me 6 times this week, I was always working or busy at the time of the calls but finally picked up today. The woman told me I had completed a survey online, which I had not. She kept insisting that I did and presented me with all of my own details! After that I told her that I wasn't interested and hung up. I don't know how they got my details but I will be blocking this number. Did not sound like somebody working for charity.

Have had 3 calls today and missed them all, but no message left each time. Safe to say I will be blocking the number after reading these comments, as I also completed a Gumtree survey and checked information about Cancer Council box!

f*ckin annoying

I started receiving their calls after completing a survey on Gumtree in which I checked an option to hear from the Cancer Council NSW. When they called me they seemed very persistent in getting me to pay be credit or debit, as I prefer to donate online through PayPal.
Eventually I told the guy I only do my donations through Paypal not only because its easier, but because of its security; no card details need to be given out. He finally hung up.
I actually did want to donate to the Cancer Council, but now I'm not so sure...

I always get calls from this number, every time I say hello they hang up, this is very irritating, I have put them on my block list.

He finally answered when I said hello, He's been calling for over a week, bit suspicious when he says he's from the NSW. cancer council,, (07) is QLD.

They said they were from cancer council and collection donations, but really pushy for money. I kept telling them I didn't want to donate over the phone and they kept asking for money. Seems fishy
