I get one call everyday. Due to entering a competition to win a $1000 shopping voucher. It's all rigged and very annoying. I havent answered yet nor will I. blocking the number now. Do they not realise people wont be willing to help them if they are annoying? Very bad marketing tactics indeed....

I received a call from this number today but didn't answer because I suspected it was a charity (I do already donate to a couple of charities including the Cancer Council). Then I got 10 calls in 10 minutes, listed as 'no caller ID'. Although I cannot be sure it was the same people, I wonder if it's a tactic to not identify themselves in the hope I would answer.

This is the Cancer Council, I've spoken to them and told them I'm not interested - they keep calling anyway. I've now blocked the number on my phone.

I get quite a few calls from this number daily, sometimes a really short ring and I pick up but they hang up straight away. Sometimes I call back straight after a missed call or a hung up call and it rings for ages with no answer.

Yep - This one calls every other day, sometimes every day, and claims either to be the Cancer Council or Surf Life Saving Foundation, both of whom I donate to, requesting additional funds. . . will block the number and if necessary change my credit card details. I feel like I'm being violated and don't like my details in the hands of unknown third parties.

i got 3 calls on average a day then got to the point i have told them i have recorded there number and if i receive just 1 more call from them i\ll be taking legal action ...the calls stopped no more since

They are calling my work phone numerous times a day and I ignore. They call on the weekend, at night and anywhere in between. Understand why companies hire these sort of call centres but gives them a bad wrap!
