Calling to me that i am Louis it's a scam

I just got a call from someone I've never heard of. Said he was from RSL Public Outreach (what is that?) and was calling to see how I am. He had my first name and number, but people can get that nearly anywhere. The individual hung up (rude swine). Calling that number gets an answer machine. Message says 'public outreach'. Tell them to flick off.

didn't leave a message when I didn't pick up

They said they were from RSL Art Union. It got dodgy once they started checking my details, I’ve been receiving emails from these people but the person on the phone said they didn’t have it on file. I hung up. They sounded like they were calling from a home rather than office as well. Wary of dodgy people.
