An English speaking woman said she was in the area to talk about solar panels and to take benefit of the Government rebates. Told her i wasn't interested she hung up on me.I called the number back and said it couldn't be connected.

Have received another call from this number.
I thought I missed it so rang the number.
"your call cannot be connected"
