This is a scam debt collecting company. They've previously been fined for harassing & calling incorrect people including those who are listed on a do not call register. Even if you had a legitimate debt with this company I wouldn't pay it they clearly aren't run well & 99% of the people who call sound about 17.
Do not give them your personal details & do not answer there calls simply block every number they call from. I have told them for the last 9 months I am not the person they're looking for & I continue to get 2-3 calls daily. I've reported them twice.

This company are bottom feeder. Do not give them any info. I make the mistake at the start now they are using it against me. Been calling me for close to 4 years claiming I owe the $2800 for a Westpak account. I have never In my life had a westpak account. Now after reading all these comment here I can see I’m not the only one.

These guys buy almost statute barred debts for cents on the dollar and then harass the person trying to re-start the clock on the debt. If they happen to get you don't agree to any details and ask to be sent details of the debt, particularly the last payment date, check if the debt is statute barred.

Calling looking for a “private business matter” advised them to stop calling as it’s harassment, currently have complaint listed with the courts in Victoria as they call 9-10 times a week. Under the NCC, UCC and AFCAP they continue to breach every rule.

They have tried at least 30 times to get me to pay a relatives outstanding debt, will not believe me when I tell them , it’s not me.
I have blocked them at least as many times, still call at odd times, from other numbers.
How can they be allowed to do this ?

called in regards to an 'important matter' i didnt give any details & took a message, he gave a number & a reference number, asked lots of personal questions that were none of his business. after reading all these i will def be blocking this number

This number has been trying to get in touch with me for months. He has been harassing members of my family at their places of work. It happened today to my daughter and he was very aggressive and wanted her details in case I did not call him back. I have listed this number with the ACCC and hope that they can give me some advice regarding what to do. If they are really a debt collector then they should have our address and can send the information to us by mail. I will be calling the number today to advise them that I have made a complaint with the ACCC and that I will not be giving them personal information and they will have to send me any information by mail. Maybe if we all start complaints with the ACCC something will be done? this harassment is not legal.

Called my place of work, looking for my boss about personal business matter. really aggressive totally.

I got a call about a gas bill I owed, I paid the debt with my credit card over the phone with them. I rang the gas company recently to get a delivery and AGL told me I had a bad debt that was unpaid. I told them I had paid panthera finance and they had no record of the payment. I rang panthera finance to get confirmation and they said they couldn't give me a receipt. All I have is the transaction on my bank statement but they wont provide a corresponding reference number. While on the phone they claimed I had another debt for electricity company I've never used and asked me if I would pay today by credit card. NOT DOING THAT AGAIN, the ordasity so even if you pay the debt they just keep the money and don't wipe the debt.

Got an unknown call today. Sometimes my friend forgets to id her phone so I answered normally I wouldn't. The guy said do I live at this address told me my address I said is there a problem at this address I know the place. Then proceeded to ask about a neighbour and can I confirm I know them and if they live there. I said if ur looking for this person how did u get this address and my number. He said public records. I asked who he was and why are u calling me. Gave me some bs name. Said the matter was confidential but urgent to get in touch with this person. I asked who do u work for. Didn't say which company but based in Brisbane. Then asked for me to write down his name number and a reference number and phone number to give to this person. I said i dont know who u are who u work for or the urgency u claim. Asked not to be contacted again or involved or implicated in any way regarding the matter and hung up.
