Iwork at a Real Estate, they asked me to pass on there details to a tenant, knowing her address, wouldn't tell me where shes from, what company or what its regarding, only a phone number and a reference number. Told me the tenant would know who she is. I rang the tenant to let her know i have flagged it as a little bit strange and she said she had no idea and didn't know how they knew her address or that she rented with us.
