I returned a call from (07) 3517 9183 but the voicemail didn't mention the company name

Unknown number called a personal mobile. Left no message. When calling back (with number blocked of course) goes straight to message "all of our operators are busy, we'll endeavour to call you back shortly". Like hell you will. Could be scam, could be scum. Could be both. Trustworthy human beings leave messages.
