In a meeting today with phone off and guess what.....5 calls from Budget Direct Insurance. I blocked them and put them on my organisations bulletin board as unsolicited call. So far 150 people have posted a thank you and they have also moved to blocked them. There are 6,000 people in the organisation I work for and many love to hate this type of marketing. Hopefully Budget Direct will loose out on a few hundred policies. Made my day!

Rang to see what I needed to sign up to insurance. Advised that chose another company (at least they spoke better English!!!) and received the 'oh why'...'tell me more about why you chose someone else'. Declined to comment. Oh no...more scorn....since then (2 hours ago) I have received 3 phone calls and no one is there when I pick up. Very professional Budget Direct...or should that be Bully Direct?

one day i was looking online for some insurance quotes and the next day had 2 calls from this number. nobody on the other side just silence?! i have blocked this number !!!!

I completed an on line quote for Budget Direct car insurance and got a call from this number a few minutes later.

Went looking for car insurance quotes today and within hours this number has called three times. I suspect it's Budget or Virgin Money that have 'supplied' my phone number to this mob that are now hassling me. It can't be iselect because I purposely entered a fake number. Either way, I've blocked them now :)

I filled in a few car quotes yesterday and suspect it to be Youi or Budget Direct. Called me today but all I got was silence when I answered.

answered the phone to silence followed by two calls which were both left with no voicemail.

Called the number back after a missed call. Does not connect to a person and just says the call was not of an urgent matter and hangs up.

Same as other posters, 2 missed calls and one silent voicemail. Picked up the 3rd call with no one talking

I also went online to get an insurance quote and was phoned, they had me on the phone for 25 minuets asking me the same questions that I had already answered online to get the quote. Very pushy.....will NOT insure with them.

I answered, "hello" "hello" but only silence on the other end of the line.

If this is Auto & Groups Insurance brokers then don't ever use them. They are completely incompetent and don't read the correspondence you send to them. I cancelled my insurance with them today due to their incompetence. What if I needed to claim. I wouldn't be able to get any help from someone with any intelligence. The "portal" to access my account has not worked in the 4 or so mths I have been with them and they expect me to call them to make any changes. Dumb asses lost a client for life.
