I’ve had 3 calls this afternoon from this number, they don’t leave a message, reading all the other comments I can presume it’s a telemarketer, funny though because I haven’t done any online quotes.

They rang 3 times in half a day, didnt leave a message so i did no answer them

Number blocked! Never giving my # out for an online quote again 😡

Did an online quote for insurance in the evening and then received a call from this number at 10.45pm, who after researching seem to be insurance sales people. Went to voicemail, because IT'S LATE. Unacceptable!

Thank you to everyone for the info. I too had been looking for car insurance quotes and as someone said - the whole point of doing it online is that you don't want phone calls. Ironic thing is that, when you do call, while you're waiting for someone to talk to you most companies usually have a recorded message advising that you can get the info online!

Had 3 calls within an hour. No one there when answered.

Earlier today I submitted data for an online car insurance quote from Budget Direct - so based on info here I'm assuming it was them.
Bit cheeky really

I also filled a insurance quote with budget obviously that are in bed together!
I have blocked them after receiving 5 calls from them.....not using budget!

Earlier today i was comparing insurances and decided not to proceed with Budget Direct as the further you go through the process the more they charge on the premium. They didnt even bother speaking when I answered the phone and instead after a few moments hung up.

Dont waste your time with Budget as they're not budget at all.

Same as others. Filled insurance quotes from a couple of car insurance companies -- youi and budgetdirect.

Phone rang and I answered, and answered again and answered a third time. No response. After reading the comments here I guess it is a robot call from an insurer after I filled in a form on line for a quote through Compare the Market. I guess I got a Meerkat !

Missed call. Called back - just got music!!! I did an on line quote but gave my phone number as 0415 000 000 (fabricated and non-existent). Kudos for tracking my correct phone number via my email but really? No time for these guys. Number blocked

I did an online insurance quote for Budget and of course they want ALL your details including phone number- the most annoying thing is I've received two calls from them and on answering the call they friggin hang up - I did want to ask a question but you can't even ask as they don't really want to talk they just want to continue calling & not talking....why??? Damn annoying
