Filled in an online form to get an insurance quote. Phone number was required. As soon as it took my phone number the quote ended, with minimal details about me or my vehicle with 'great, we'll call you now'. I NEVER EVER gave Youi permission to call me. I did an online quote because I don't have the time or the inclination to speak with pushy salespeople. I missed the first two calls so they sent an sms to which I replied for them to stop contacting me. Then I answered their next call and told them verbally to stop contacting me. Then they emailed me! And now they're calling again. Really disgusted. And I got my insurance $500 cheaper elsewhere which I told them but apparently they think I wasn't multiple concurrent policies on my one car.

Same as others. Filled online car insurance quote and received call the next morning even though I never consented to them calling. No one spoke when I answered. Creepy. Will block the number.

One call missed no message

same thing , filled online budget direct quote this morning and got call this afternoon. I hit decline button and blocked number

Filled out an online form for a quote from budget direct. This number called within 30min. I don't really see it as spam as I contacted them online first, but my phone told me it was potential scam.

Missed call received just after 7pm. If it’s Auto and Groups Services (earlier comment) then that suggests Auto & General which is more commonly known as Budget Direct Insurance. If correct, not dodgy, but they should not be calling in the evening. Tell ‘em to rack off.

I answered and said yer , It was quiet for three seconds music started playing then it hung up the call was from Redcliffe Queensland

Same as most on here! Record time.. Filled forms for online car ins quote ...no mention during this of expecting a followup call.. Alas!! Within 10 minutes of closing the browser.. on a Saturday...no Budget, I did not wish to chat to anyone!.. why do you think I did it online? Very off-putting!

I went online to get quotes for car insurance and this number has been calling me since - I don't answer and they don't leave any messages. I am blocking them.

I received two calls from this after I filled an online auto insurance quote for Virgin Money. The quote was odd, as it didn't have the agreed value of the car. The calls started two days later. I didn't answer them, and checked here for any info...many thanks, the number is now blocked

oh, I have filled budget direct form a day before same as all this people.

Missed the first call, they called again 2 minutes later, just music was playing on the other end

Straight after a Budget Direct on line quote this number rang me just silence at the other end

Got a call from this number many times. called back. Got told by a recorded message to ring a 1800 number to sort out.

Did an online quote from Budget direct and did not push thru. within 24hrs got calls from this number and they just hung up. Its either our Budget direct details is being accessed by another mob or someone from Budget direct is
giving our details/numbers to this mob. might need to be investigated.
