Caller I believe is Budget Direct. I just did an online quote with them and received a call from this number. When I answered they hung up.

Same experience as everyone else. Did an online quote with Budget, received a call from this number. Could hear a guy breathing but he wouldn't talk back. Guessing that he's ticking a box but can't be bothered actually doing his job and following up on the quote.

Yes its Budget because you got an insurance quote. It's not that there is no one on the other line, it seems a few call centres have this issue where there is no sound for the first 3 seconds.. wait a bit and someone will speak up.

You do an online quote, they dont day they need to call you then you get an automated call that put you on hold. Not how you should do business! Wont try them agian

Did an online quote today which required my personal details, including phone number...within half an hour, I start getting annoying unsolicited calls from the call centre.
