Caller: Raylene - Credit Corp They called my mother asking for xxxxx family from xxxx address saying that it was an urgent private matter. My mother was nervous that something had happened ie an accident and called me to see if I was ok. I called the number and blasted Raylene and then got put to the Manager Lucy who I explained to her that my mum's number was a silent number and on the do not call register.

Matter not relating to me but Raylene said she was 'helping XXXX with a personal matter" and requested I provide information. I ask what was the matter relating too and she again stated she was helping him. Would not identify what organisation she worked for. Dodgey!!!

This place sends sms saying the matter is very urgent yet when you call it music immediately plays without naming the company until an rep answers however still does not introduce their company!!! Bad customer service of just company rules because they're a collection agency?
