pretenting to be from Westpac Melbourne Fraud centre , scamming to change my bsb and account # and transfer $ to the new account

MOBILE RANG AND I LET IT GO TO VOICEMAIL. NO MESSAGE LEFT
IF SUNCORP, OR A LEGITAMATE BUSINESS THEN WHY DID THEY NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE

May be safe, but completely inadequate in their approach.Business must be very easy.

Phone rang, I said hello, then they hung up. Not a word spoken

This is suncorp- when a lender wants to speak to you about your loan product etc... it's legitimate. Not a scam.

number keep calling, will only ring once and then it hangs up!!

Callback to that number gives a recorded message:"Welcome to the Suncorp group of companies, which includes GIO. You may have recently missed a call from us. We would like to let you know we will call you back if necessary. Please be advised that there is no action required from you. Thank you for your call."

I recieved a call from the same number shortly after having activated a home loan with suncorp. The man on the phone tried to recieve information about the loan etc, which is strange, when you think that Suncorp have just given you the loan.
I tried to ring back and recieved the same voicemail.

Same as the above, Missed the mobile call, so they called on the landline, when I answered it, there was nothing for 10 secs then they hung up. Very strange.
