Received letter out of the blue asking for contact details for one of their clients.No mention of client and seems very unprofessional and not ethical.No idea what this is
about and I find their manner alarming

I keep getting text messages, emails and now a letter from this company asking for my contact number on behalf of a credit card company. Ummm you just sent me a text. Must be a complete scam. Beware. I will report to fair trading.

Hi so far we have no idea why these guys are calling us but we have just recently connected to the net using a land line and have never given out the number only 2 of our family members know our number its not private but its not under my wifes name and they called for her so this sounds very suss to me...... We tried calling the guy back but the voicemail is from a girl.

Getting harassing calls asking for family members contact info

If you do a google maps search, at street level, the billboard doesn't seem to have their business name on it, check their website for the address!
Admittedly this photo could be out of date though, but why isn't the ASIC site showing their Business Name?

This number left a message from my work place to call them back. Disgusting .... why they called in my workplace ... so embarrassing .... I don't even know what is he reason for their call

This organisation is yet another blood sucking capitalist group who seeks to uphold the values that are destroying life on the planet.

Do not give them any info and do not react to their phone calls or threats. They record everything and will use it against you to meet their own needs. Corporations hire them to chase after people. They're an evolved version of debt collectors. Much worse than police or parking inspectors.

Interesting there are comments here that are promoting them which shows that Yates is attempting to exploit the internet for their purpose.

this is ridiculous, i got 26 calls last week while i was in class. please stop ringing me if i dont answer the first time.

Hahah sounds like the lot of you are just dodgy - ever think to receive a call like this it's because you're avoiding people !!!

This company is ridiculous and do nothing but harass people with numerous phone calls and emails a day from private numbers including people's workplaces. They go above laws to get what they want and have no security policies when calling them back, i could of been anyone returning a call.
