I got a call from this number yesterday afternoon saying they wanted to confirm my details in my super fund. I got suspicious when they gave me the wrong information about myself. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION its some sort of scam

I had this same call from this number. It was a female from 'Recruitment Superannuation' (of which I am a member) but I wasn't going to give personal information over the phone. The caller told me to visit this webpage - http://www.recruitmentsuper.com.au/recruit/rsweb/dictionary/teleservicing.jsp I confirmed this via the 1300 number for Recruitment Super, (07) 3335 5599 is their Brisbane call centre from which they update members contact information.Hope this helps, sincerely Don.

It is from EO finacial services, they have also been calling me. No idea who they are or what they want, I imagine to sell.

I just received a call from this number as well.  As I dont pick up any numbers I dont recognise I left it to go to voicemail.  They did not leave a message.

I've read the other comments here and I am currently with recruitment super.  However even if this is legit, I would not confirm my details over the phone, especially if they are using a third party to obtain the information they require.  If they really wanted to confirm with us, the caller would leave a message asking us to call back.

Also recruitment super should have notified their members that this would be happening, if it is what they are doing.

Another thing, I have heaps of other super funds with other companies, why is it JUST recruitment super having to confirm information?  That does make one wonder whats happening on their end.

stupidcall

is there a way to stop making them call me?i keep getting the call every day for the past 2 weeks!!!!!!it's getting ridiculous now..

My mum's been getting phonecalls from them, even though she's never heard of them. I recently transferred my super out of the company to another super fund, but why would they need to call my mother (next of kin) about that?
