I called back number (07) 3299 3305 rang 5 times then goes to busy tone.

Received a call from this exact number with a Telemarketer calling about a Health Survey for anyone aged over 50 to see if they are eligible for any Government Health Rebates.

'Called me the other day. No message left. I called back, but number rang and rang until it dropped out.
'Sounds like a scam/spam line.

They are not telemarketers they are Asians trying to find out if anyone is home so they can rob your house

They also keep ringing from (03) 9264 9100 in Melbourne. They are trying to sell me a hearing aid but there is nothing wrong with my hearing. I decided at the next call to let them make an appointment and I wont turn up. Let them be inconvenienced too.

When asked how they got my number - they said I had shopped at Audi and "given my consent"! Absolute rubbish! I refused to 'join in ' their 'survey'. Far more worrying is they called me by name!!!!!!!! 'nickname'!!!!!

called them back. No answer... dont know them, don't want to know them. they do not identify themselves. totally disinterested.

What is the story with this mob? Scam or what ??
