To whom it may concern,
I am contacting you as i would like to know if you can help me, i am looking for some where for my 19 year old daughter and 12 month old grandson to live, she doesn't have much and has just left a domestic violent relationship. She is staying with a friend at the moment, but urgently needs some where else? I really appreciate your time and i just need to put my feelers out there for her.
Kind regards,
Tundra

I need to talk to pastor Terry, I am in a bad way, I've tried taking my life many times because my family tell me I need a big miricle before they will accept me. I was stabbed 5 times, in my chest stomach an 3 in my neck. I need help , and I need pastor Terry to pray for me . I asked my brother Simon to help me , but he didn't .

My email to the organisation is below & yes it has been ignored however I will not give up until I receive a response & will utilise all print, web ,tv & radio media possible.
I rang your organization on Saturday 22nd November 2014 to ask a simple question regarding the supply of free food & both times the phone was picked up & immediately hung up with no one bothering to answer.
I was wanting to know if the procedure & control for the giving out of free food at the stipulated time was the same as it has been previously. I have been to you to seek help in this manner previously & because of the unfair & chaotic system that was in place at the time with the same groups of people lining up from the early hours of the morning & lininjg up empty bags in a que for their family & friends to turn up later myself & a lot of other people seemed to miss out on getting any food as most of it was gone by the time we got inside. On top of this I have a physical disability & was pushed to the ground by the crowd on two occasions.
I wrote all this to you via your web contact page & have not even had the decency of a reply.
Further to this my Carer rang your office yesterday to enquire about assistance with getting some food & was spoken to incredibly abruptly & rudely.
Is this the normal way you treat people coming to you for assistance, I have before becoming disabled worked within both government & private sector welfare services including the homelessness sector & have never been treated like this before & if I had staff or volunteers that treated people in this way they would at the very least be doing some intensive staff development in the way they interact with people.
Due to the lack of response to my initial enquiry & complaint I hold out very little hope of you replying to this mail so am preparing to take this matter elsewhere.
Yours Sincerely
Michael Quinn
