I have a complaint to the(07) 3288 1333 office. 23,02,2012 I took 503 bus to Bundamba TAFE(about8:15am),I got off bus at Booval bus staion,I fogot my umbrella in the bus,so I call this number ask for help me get back my umbrella (about 8:30am),but they not help at all, after I call them 3 times, they gave me answer said maybe somebody took my umbrella away from the bus.why when I call you, you cannot ring the bus driver ask her next station to have a look? why you canot do something to help me? it's a rainy season, I have only this big umbrella for protect us from winds and rain, my son will have operation this 29, and he just 6 years old,I am single mum, we haven't got car,I have to go to TAFE 5days week, every day before and after TAFE I walk to pick my son up from raceview school,we feel happy and safe even the rain and wind around the us, cos we have our own strong and big umbrella,now I lost it in 503 bus!I feel so sad and such sour, I'm disappointed in (07) 3288 1333 office's work, if the day it wasn't a umbrella in the bus,it was my money or my son, I have no help in myself,what I can do???why you can not learn from Sunshine coast bus office and bus driver?why you can't People First to do real things to help passenger, not only for charge their money! I got cold from the rain, but I got hurt from (07) 3288 1333 office.I can buy a another umbrella like this lost one, but I hard to build trust and a new Confidence in (07) 3288 1333 office!you really cold than the rain and wind! Painful of everything can one person undertake, crying and don 't cry haven't distinguished, the heart weeps over oneself only know!
