Terrible service! Will talk u into something different from what u ask for. Takes a long time to receive the goods and missing some equipment! Won't answer your calls etc. don't bother with them they are shocking won't give u a refund either.

Its funny how your staff was the one to tell me which fan to get and it also turned out that it fans where unsafe by Australian law, and it also turns out there werent case fans as you state they were 240volt power surply fans, hence making it against the law to install yourself. Also i asked for 12volt fans. It is a shame that your salesman was to lazy to get up from hehind his computer to do his job.
Just so you know when you are telling the truth it isn't slander. according to Australia law (yes i have spoken to a lawyer). But as you can see i am not the only person that has complained about your company.

I believe this post was made by a customer that selected and purchased items off the shelf himself - and that these items did in fact work correctly.

I believe this customer was given the option for an exchange in line with the terms listed on his invoice and as also posted on our sales counter.

I believe the customer declined the option to exchange that was offered.

If any of the above is not completely accurate, I urge the customer to contact me or reply to this post.

(I do not think it is professional to comment on personal slander regardless of whether or not I know the identity of the salesperson he references - I do not know the age of the stock, and I do not see how this would be relevant if this was in fact a $20 electrical case fan that was working and sold with full warranty - as I believe is the case here based on looking up the name "riki dawson" in our database)
