Caller: Telstra

They called me yesterday asking for me by my name. They said they are from Telstra and because NBN is already installed in my area they needed access to my residence to change the cables and also install a new modem. Are they crazy or what? How would someone give them access to the house? I said I will call Telstra when I'm ready to install NBN thanks. I blocked the number already.

When answered some creep just breathed and hung up.

Just a scammer and a loser who has nothing to do with their time. Sad such losers exists in our world

Have called everyday for 2 weeks even 2 or 3 times a day. Found this website and now definitely going to block. So sick of scammers

the caller said he was representing Telstra. He had full knowledge of my wife and I. Who are these people. he said he would call back as I told him I was unsure of the detail of our phone / computer package.

Said from Perth, but a Brisbane number. Wanted me to give my date of birth etc. Told them to f*&k off and hung up.

they called. knows all the details about our family Telstra account details then start offering these amazing things which is too good to be true...I told him I don't believe him and he is a scam. then he gets really upset so I hang off and block the number. but still freaky me out how he know our details such even we are in credit with Telstar bill......must able t hack to our Telstra account or Telstra sale our details.

It cost me .50 cents too call it back, A non number. silly me.

These calls are a scam because when you go to the plan they offer and even though it should not cost, you get charged for changing to it. And this supposed *better deal* is no different to what you had before changing. Hang up and tyry to block them!
