I called back number (07) 3193 8600 spoke to a woman who said company name is Radio Rentals.

This is connected to Radio Rentals .. I rang Gold Coast Store as Directed by Thorn getting the run around chasing a remote control for a TV ... the rudest human I have ever dealt with rang me saying I had left my name and number at GC store answering machine .. I had done no such thing .. because I refuse to deal with Machines .. and I was ringing back to get Store Manager as the first human did NOTHING but try and flog me a new rental .. I have NEVER rented in my life.. painful experience !!!
