Go onto the do not call register and have your number added. If they continue to call report them. It is a legal obligation businesses must abide by or sever fines are given out.

I got a call from this number at about 4pm today and because I was driving I didn't answer it, no voice mail was left. It wouldn't surprise me if it was Wyndham resorts they stopped calling me on their other number that I had marked as spammers so knew to ignore it or just hang up on them.

Missed a call today and tried calling back twice. They obviously pressed the hang up key as I got an engaged signal AFTER it rang. Do they just want to see if anyone has this number so they can clone it?!?!?!

here is an idea, answer the call, and ask them questions, don't give them true data, the longer they are on the line the more they pay telephone charges, right?

I had a missed call today from this number. Seeing as I just relocated to Vic from Qld I thought it strange. Glad I did the reverse search. I missed the call and no voice mail was left. I too am on the DNC register as well!!

I'm guessing they get our name and number from some sort of competition we may have entered in a shopping centre or something. Otherwise the competition supervisors share the information they get from your entry to bogus companies for money.Next time you enter a competition, write a similar name than your own. eg: if you are John Brown, use Jack Brown etc..., you'll know straight away where they got the name from and who's responsible for sharing it.

I'm with u all, same story with the 100 dollars and holiday bizo, I basically said not interested and hung up, A few hours later the same lady rung back an asked for my wife. I was pretty pisses off .... And absolulty clueless as to how she knew her name!! I told her once again I wasn't interested and DON'T call me back. 1 1/2 later! she rings AGAIN I lost it, I won't repeat what I said, but I did say If you call me once more, it's concidered harrasment and I'll report her to the police She sheepishy went quiet and apologized as I hung up

I am almost certain it is a time share marketing company. The holiday vouchers are the hook. They want to know if you have a partner bc the target market is couple who are property owners. Tell them you are renting and they can't get off the phone fast enough. Renters can't get financed to buy their timeshares. You have to spend hours at a presentation usually at a city office or one of their resorts (which is where your holiday vouchers take you). Then you and your partner will be subjected to a well orchestrated and high pressure sales spiel. The people making the calls are the appointment makers. They get paid a bonus if you turn up to a presentation. My wife signed us up once. Drove me around the bend.

I just received a call from this number. I'm in Perth. But my hubby is visiting QLD soon so I tried to ring it back thinking it might be his accommodation but yeah no answer. Now I know if they try to call again to just ignore it.
It is scary that these weird companies get your numbers.
