Called and didn't leave message, I assume it's not important

Same they say they have an unusual high number of incoming calls so leave name and number and they will get back to you ..... like #%¥£ I was leaving my information for them

rang back and a female voice said , thank you for callling, pleas wait while we attend to you

I don't answer numbers I don't know. Tried to call back and goes to an auto response saying "your call is important, blah, blah, blah" then transfers the call to another number, which rings once and then says "We are experiencing a high number of calls...leave your number and we will return your call".
Yeah...ahhh...no thanks!!
