O M G ... it's been 2 weeks now, I told them I didn't want the quote on their second call, but yet they keep ringing every few days, talk about annoying and I will never ever use YOUI.

Did an online quote on Sunday night, didn't want someone ringing me at 9 am Monday morning to ask me the same information which I entered online. Now 2 days later they have rung 6 times and I have blocked them now, talk about harassment.

I'm so glad I read this thread. I nearly called them back after 2 missed calls. I already told Youi not to call me again! I completely agree about the online quote trick. If they'd told me they were going to call me I never would have submitted my phone number. I wish there was a way to block a phone number.

Did an online quote last night, specifically because I didn't want to deal with pushy sales people, and oh look, unwanted phone calls, FROM PUSHY SALES PEOPLE. Goddamnit Youi. No wonder you're so expensive, you've gotta make up for all the potential customers you lost from annoying them with phone calls in the middle of the day.

Yep this is Youi, I just put phone number in order to receive the sms and proceed with online quote, and in the middle they stop giving me online quote and said "You will be given good offer by their rep and will call soon" If you want a quote by phone I would have done that in the first place. I don't like any company bothering you so much coming after you,calling you, no matter how cheap their quote I will not get insured from youi.

I wanted an ONLINE QUOTE. If I wanted to talk to someone, I would have picked up the phone. Even after explicitly saying I did NOT want to receive phone calls they still continue to call me several times a day. I will NEVER have my insurance with them.

If I wanted a talk to someone about my insurance I would have called. Just tried to do an online quote to compare prices. Wouldn't use them at all now after being harrassed for 3 weeks!

Went online to get a quote, within 3 minutes I had constant phone calls.. it was at least 5 or 6 a day. Now a month later im still getting calls.. way to turn me off your business YouI

obviously they dont get how you live. i work 5 days a week and have been getting 5-6 miss calls a day after I was wanting to do a quote online. ok they dont quote online, so no sale for me. i like to shop around online before i buy

Went online to get a quote with YouI on Fri 16/11 and had to give my mobile number to 'complete' the quote. Received a call from the call centre (this number) almost immediately. Since then, I have had 3 missed calls on Sat 17/11 and 3 missed calls on Mon 19/11 from this number. All this despite me telling YouI that I will contact them if I am keen to go ahead with the quote. This has certainly put me off YouI!!

I have just received a call at 1:01pm. youi know full well I work full time. I put through a quote online on Thursday evening. Received a phone call a few minutes later. Went through the quote. I did an online quote from YOUI last night. And at exactly 9:30 in the morning I got 2 missed calls on my mobile and 2 missed calls on my work phone. Why can't they just give the FREE Quote at the end of the form instead of calling back. I did a GIO online quote and I got it right away.
