I believe it is Milton Graham collections agency. If they make contact with you then they can take action, if they don't or can't get you so as to make you aware of what the bill is and when it was incurred they cannot chase it up. I think it is usually minor amounts although i could be mistaken. They buy debts from places like foxtel, hospitals, and just about anything they can for cents on the dollar. Then try and collect. Once they make contact they will offer you all kinds of deals. Do not ever fall for them trying to help you. It is rude that they are doing this during this time of crisis when people are getting laid off and there is a pandemic in our world. Just don't answer. Subscribe to a service that flags these calls or block them. They will first try from a mobile number then usually from a landline. hope this helps.
