I called back number (07) 3154 0238 reached IVR for Milton Graham (Dun & Bradstreet).

Milton Graham (was Dunn & Bradstreet debt collection) this is a scam as agencies do not call they post letters they want the paper trail documents so that they can go step by step if legal action is required

Received a text a couple of days prior stating I was in arrears with origin energy. Checked with origin. NOT in arrears. Looked up Milton Graham online via the ADCCA members. The online payment option sent in this text is completely different to the legitimate site that requires you to nominate who you have outstanding debt with along with a pin and is SECURE. I wish I could post photos. This has SCAM written all over it. I’ll also add the legitimate payment page tells you where you can find your account number which is NOT where it located on the fake payment page. BE VERY CAREFUL and check with your Amenities supplier before entertaining these clowns.

Had a missed call. Returned the call to find out what it was about.
I was told that there was mistake with their phone records and I was not the person they wanted to speak with.
Seems a bit dodgy and I blocked the number

Always calls at the most ridiculous times. If they called at a reasonable hour I may have the patience to talk to them but at 7pm I'm getting the kids bathed and in bed.
