Scammers trying to gain your personal information! Said they were calling on behalf of Sunshine Coast Council. Do not answer!

Very persistent, kept ringing, never left a voicemail or text so I could even know who it was. Even after I blocked them, I still got a message to say I had a missed call. I don't return calls from numbers I don't know. They're wasting their time.

Caller: (07) 3153 9076

Said they were doing research on behalf of the government and Queensland residents living on or over the NSW border, then asked does this relate to me. Said no and they thanked me for my time.

Caller: Called them self iris research

When I asked why they were asking me the questions they hung up. Supposed Sunshine Coast council research. I would say fishing for personal info.

"DOING RESEARCH ON BEHALF OF WHITSUNDAY REGIONAL COUNCIL" SUSPECT CALL.

Rang numerous times within a short period but didn't leave a message any of the times they called. Scam call from the other comments

Answered and when told it was market research, said do not do research and hung up, she was pleasant, so was I, got me in a good mood

Google thought it was a spam call; I let it ring out and - shock, horror - they never left a message. 😏

5 seconds then hung up. Suspect call

Solution: blocked their number

Rang my phone and wife’s phone on numerous occasions (07) 3153 9076

Same again.
No message left.

Caller: Some research company

Caller said they were conducting market research for people living in Sunshine Coast and when I said sorry no I did not want to take part in survey they hung up immediately.

Didn't leave a message, was strange?
