I called back number (07) 3152 5333 reached IVR for the Australia Post

I missed 2 calls. I ordered 2 items from Kogan on 16 January and only received 1 item.Both parcels were on same tracking number. They should have been on separate tracking numbers. Now since we received one item I see that the other parcel shows it’s “in transit” at Austpost ARDEER Vic and received by them at 7.55PM Wednesday 17/01/2018. This particular 1st item had Freight Protection ,etc. CAN SOMEONE FIND MY PARCEL?..

I keep getting calls from unknown numbers. At first I answered & they asked for someone I had never heard of, so I just cut them off now & block that number. But still I get more calls from different numbers. VERY annoying
