Missed call. If its Australia Post they can tick off. I posted a birthday card on 1 July 2017 to travel about 1km. Recipient has still not received it. I had my name and address on the back. Has not come back to me yet either like Australia Post promised it would. They should be ashamed of themselves. How many millions does the CEO earn per year????

You've called Australia Post recently and they've looked up your caller id to call you back to survey the staff member.

Automated survey from Australia Post.
Wait to hear all of the options as you'll be able to select to be added to their Do Not Call register.

Caller: (07) 3152 5333 Every time I ring Australia Post to inquire about a parcel delivery, I receive a call back from this number the next day. I really don't think it is a debt collecting company, as stated in previous comments, as this number will only try and ring me once after my original phone call and Australia Post wouldn't assist any private debt collecting company at all. Possibly would an Australian government company mabey, but not a private company as Panthera Debt Collectors are. They have privacy laws they must abide by. Just don't answer this number anyway, AND NO ONE SHOULD EVER GIVE OUT THERE'S OR ANYONE ELSE'S PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE ANYWAY......

Marg, they do a good job, I have never had a problem with them. Unfortunately, occasionally idiots drop full HJ drink cups etc into the mail box making some letters unreadable to see who sent it and who it was sent too. That's not there fault and possibly this or something like this may be the cause of your letter not being sent or returned to you. Why should Australia Post be ashamed of themselves, they are all workers and don't see any of the CEO's greedy money haul.
