Caller: Scammers This is a scam. If you don't answer an IVR answers saying they are from the claims department (no business name) and asks if you've had an accident in the last 6 months press 1. If you do answer, they tell you they are calling from the claims department and that they have been advised you were involved in accident within the last 6 months and the other party are claiming an injury. they encourage you to claim against "the other driver" and tell you, you can get a pay out. "Whiplash is an excellent injury even if your accident was a few months ago as there is nothing that they can test it with" is what i was told. they then tell you, you need to go to one of their doctors and supply your banking info at the time the claim is made as they put this on your file so when you massive payment is ready they can provide your details to the insurance company for payment. "you don't need to worry about anything we will handle it all for you, but if you do need to go to court which is rare we will represent you" is also what i was told. They appear friendly and legitimate but don't be fooled. these people are scammers only out to get your personal information like your address so they can tell you where the nearest doctor of theirs is to you or who you live with so "they can say they were injured too getting you each money" and your bank details for the obvious reason. They will harass you and will call you all hours of the day and night especially once you tell them you know what their little scam is and call them out on it.

Caller: Accident claims I was yet again phoned by someone talking about claims after an accident after I told them more than a year ago to stop bugging me about accident claims! I put the phone down the minute I realized what the call was about.
