I have missed and returned to this number 4 times, always disconnected??

I've had 3 missed calls from this number and I called straight back to get a 'this number is not connected' automated message :/ .

Had a call from this number (07) 3147 1649 and when I answered it they hung up immediately. So I called back and it said the number was disconnected!!

Answered and then they hung up

The company is insurance line... Telemarketers

This number just rang me, bad line, obviously overseas judging by the voice on the other end. I think they might be trying to sell insurance. Can't be definite as I cut them off pronto.
