I called back number (07) 3144 6375 spoke to a woman who said I've reached a switchboard but did not say for what company.

I called the number. The male who answered the phone refused to identify as to who was the owner of the number 31446375. He claimed that it was a switch board representing a number of services. As he refused to provide identification all I can assume that it is a scam.
