Debt collector for Credit Corp

I received a scam hoax phone call from dodgy Credit Corp (07) 3144 6328 on my unlisted private phone number and they did not leave a message and when you ring the number back they will not disclose their organisations name so I blocked the number and reported it to the ACCC Scamwatch https://www.scamwatch.gov.au/report-a-scam. The last time I had credit was 20 years ago. The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) produces a Debt collection guideline for collectors & creditors https://www.accc.gov.au/publications/debt-collection-guideline-for-coll… Unnecessary or unduly frequent contacts may amount to undue harassment of a debtor. The ACCC recommends that you do not contact a debtor more than three times per week, or 10 times per month at most.

How many phone numbers do these nuisance people have? I have no debt, don't even have paypal but getting constant calls from them asking for PayPal money. Everytime I block a new number calls. Sick of repeating myself.

These prople just dont stop. Even after blocking them they just change a couple numbers and call again. Its so frustrating that we cant stop these nuisance numbers. I get more spam calls than calls from people I know. Reporting them feels pointless but i contunue in hopes that I may stop one or two calls
