Power company telemarketers. Possibly the yes scam. You say yes a few times they get your voice signature then bad stuff happens. Best to not answer.

Got a call saying it was from "We Save" a US based deals and rewards website for Local, State and Federal Government employees.. Obviously this is routing number used by offshore tossers to call us on our mobiles.
