Do you know how many of these call centres are automated - and you smugly abused a poor girl who had nothing to do with it.

There are at least a 100 people who work on a call centre and are always abused by niave people like yourself who feel it is in their right to be obnoxious to people. These people are doing their job, and I can guarantee you that this particular girl wasn't the person who rang you. I would say it was a problem with their automated service.

Had this call a few times when I say hello, nobody answers.

Yep it is Remserv, they call no one speaks .

I have also had this a couple of times this week. I guess there is a problem with their call centre as it keeps hanging up.

I just rang this phone number back.....it is Remserve who do salary sacrificing for Government departments.....needless to say I do not work for the government nor have any reason as to why they have my phone number.....told the customer service representative on the other end that I am sick of them ringing me then hanging up when I answer. She tried to tell me that they don't do this, so I told her to google her number and see how many people are complaining about this....I also informed her I would be ringing ACCC and letting them know about this scam to get people to ring them......then with great pleasure.....I hung up on her during mid sentence.....that will teach her to ring me when I have already started drinking!!!

Left a voicemail with nothing but background call centre noise on it after allowing insufficient time for phone to ring

had 2 or so calls. Doesn't always ring for long. I never answer. no message left. Remserv would make sense since I have stuff through them

Same experience as most others, no one answers, but this is now the third round of calls in the last 2 months. They call my personal mobile and work number everytime - blocked

I have had two phone call from this number this week and no-one speaks when I answer.

I received a call... first I could hear nothing after I said hello. Then it sounded like they turned off their headset mute as I could hear slight background so I said hello again, and the phone hung up after a couple of seconds.
