I repeatedly told them not to ph me but to email me instead. All they do is ph me or email me to ask me to ph them. My ph is broken, I've told them this. They are so dumb.

Legitimate call because I had a couple of failed direct debits for car insurance premiums. I had already received notice in the mail so when I saw this number and saw responses on this site say it was Suncorp i.e. GIO, I was more than happy to talk to them and sort out the payment issue.
It wasn't a marketing call and sometimes we just need a reminder to stay on top of the things in life that we'd normally put off. If they didn't call me today, I probably would have forgotten to call them and pay the missed premiums, therefore putting myself at risk of having the car insurance policy cancel due to non payment.
Some people just need to chill the f*** out....

Received a call from this number, identifying themselves a Suncorp Insurance. Although I am a customer of Suncorp I did not expect a call from them, so when I said that I did not want the call to be recorded and the caller said it was either to be recorded or to be terminated, I choose it to be terminated.

Re. (07) 3135 4949 Hey, I just found a quick fix for these guys. When I was told that they would be "recording this call for monitoring purposes", I asked what would happen if I didn't want it recorded? The polite young man said, "Then I will have to end the call". How good is that?! The call lasted 39 seconds and (I hope) they won't be calling again... :P

Thank u. I called this number back just now 8/8/17 and they were trying to sell me funeral insurance. I asked to how they take me off their register so I don't get called again. He took my details n told me I should not get called again 😀. I wish I knew that months ago. Then I asked how they got my number n he said from an online survey I completed. However I said no to all the boxes or checked the not interested boxes but it still registered me and now I'm getting calls from all different numbers.
