Seems anything from the upper 3112 range is a scam call. Lots of reports from 3112 7000 to 3112 8900 numbers.

Scam scam - from a “smartphone” company but doesn’t have a brand

I didn't answer the call as I didn't recognise the number. Comments on here confirms I made the correct decision.

They called my business mobile and just hung up after I answered
