Caller: Someone who claims they are from Telstra

Someone with an indian accent pretending to represent Telstra, I had to ask 3 times as I did not understand him saying Telstra. I don't trust any cold callers these days as more than likely they are scammers. I have more numbers BLOCK than I do contacts!!! Telstra should be ashamed of giving out all these phone numbers to these scammer not enough checking by Telstra.

Indian wanting to speak with the business owner, wanted to have IT 'partnership' as in development (he wasn't clear on what kind of development)

Same as above. Calling from Telstra saying he wanted to know if we had connected to the NBN. I said you should already have that information and he said thank you and hung up.

''Roy asked for the manager by name and was insistent on making an appt in the next couple of days for someone to come and speak with us about installing NBN. He was unhappy that this was not possible. Claimed he was from Telstra. Strange noises in the background of phone call as well - not call centre. Scammer.

Called my family business and asked to speak to me as all accounts are in my name and asked me if we had nbn and i said yes and he hung up. Please tell me i didnt just get recorded saying the word yes and now my bank account is going to be emptied or something.... DONT BLOODY ANSWERRRRR

Using VoIP to port to Australian Phone number - Ask them the weather outside!!! - uh uh uh uh - raining???? aaaaahhhhahah hang up or just waist their time so they don,t bother others

Claiming to be NBN Telstra. Scammer. Hang up on them.

Giving false information saying from telstra about nbn. Asked for address and how much I was spending on my telstra mobile and business account.
Pretty sure telstra would know this.

I just had the same thing. Someone claiming to be from Telstra with thick Indian Accent. Wanting to arrange an appointment for Friday to connect our NBN. Very pushy - hung up on them
