I am on the phone right now talking to Telstra about blocking the above number.
They have now blocked it.

Purporting to be from Australia and selling Google listings/improvements

still receiving hang up calls from this number..

i dial 1831 (which blocks your landline number)
then dial 3088 7299

sometimes it's engaged.. so I just hit redial until I finally get someone... then I hang up. :) about 4 times in a row.. then wait a few hours and hit redial again.. you know.. just for kicks.

Keep calling my work 4 or 5 times a day, almost every day, and just hang up every time I answer. So frustrating and aggravating! I called back and they just had an automated voice say "all our customer service representatives are busy, please leave your name and number and we will get back to you soon".

more hang ups. when they finally are actually on the line.. These guys are getting an air horn

yep this number has phoned today and yesterday, and when i answer they just hang up.

rang 3 times today, missed calls. just rang again when i picked up, they hung up

These people are a pest - they use a variety of numbers and persist in asking for some individual I've never heard of

I called back number (07) 3088 7299 spoke to a guy who said company name is E Lagoon

Had a call from this number from some dirtbag pretending that their company was taking over projects from godaddy, crazy domains and some other domain registrar.

Have also been receiving spam emails since registering a domain with godaddy. Is one of their employees onselling data?

Really cheesed off with this caller - called me - I picked up but nothing for a few seconds (are they using an auto-dialler?) then hung up on me.

I register domains with Crazy Domains and this company got my personal information through that. They are trying to sell Google listings but the process is a scam. I told them to Google this website and read these comments and they refused to do so.. They just wanted to sell me a Google position which I do not need being the owner of OzWebsiteDesign.com. When I told them I run a web design company and don't need their services they ended the call.

Received this call from the above number not even a week after registering my domain through Monstermegs offering to design my website it was not my hosting providers fault its mine for not purchasing the id protection package so they cant get my details from the whois lookups they are doing to get our details.

Constantly calls from this number and then hangs up.
Telstra block does absolutely nothing

Just had a call from the above number.
When I explained to the female that I was looking at all the negative feedback on the internet (on here) she put me through to a male.
He stated that 2,000 (two thousand) companies use this number.
I told him to bugger off, and I hung up.
How is it possible for two thousand companies to use the one number??
For crying out loud!
What a useless deadbeat.

This number has called a few times today. Caller ID says it's an overseas number. Of course it's a hang up after 10 secs of silence.......

I answer the phone to receive a dial tone.

Childish I know, but see how they like unwanted calls at work. ohh hang on... I think I feel my inner child coming back again...... ring ring... click.. hehehehe

I keep getting calls from them and have added them to the auto block on my mobile as I registered a domain at Crazy Domains for a friend last month. They emailed me and all these conflicts are in their email and no wonder I would not deal with them or would my friend:
