this caller has now rung me multiple times- I am NOT with OPTUS and I don't believe this is Optus- I think they are scammers. I have now blocked them

Clearly not related to Optus if what I've read here is correct. Unfortunately the previous employee gave out information. They ask how long our contract is for and when I refuse to give out the information they crack it and carry on saying "is it a state secret". As if I would just hand out private business information. So rude and obnoxious.

apparently optus business centre ...no mssg multiple missed calls

I have had 2 calls in a row on my mobile phone from this number. I called them back and they answered Optus Business. I asked them to repeat the name and they said it again. I said you called me twice today and the woman said - sorry, thank you. And hangs up. ??????

Gary phoned my office and rudely demanded to speak with our IT manager. I asked for his name and what it was regarding and he said he has spoken with him before which I highly doubted. He was not pleasant to speak to at all.

Scammers! HANG UP ON THEM!!! Very rude woman I spoke to.

They have called several times, asked for the owner and said they were the Optus Business Centre and wanted to know my contract expiry dates. I told them that they were lying as my company is already contracted to Optus and they would know the expiry dates if they were not bogus. I have now blocked this number and suggest other call recipients do the same

Just rang saying they are from Optus wanting to speak with the business owner, told her he was at work and that Optus doesn't work here, she hang up and then rang back again and hung up again.

Received a call from this number, said it is from Optus. Asked for our head office contact number. When I asked what is that regarding to, (because our phone service is not with Optus. ) The lady refused to tell me. Then I said I cann't give u the number then. She said is your head office number a secret? I said I need to know why you need the number otherwise can't help. Then she asked my name, and hanged up on me.

I thought it was Optus and tried to sell us something. But after reading all reviews, I know she's not.

Not Optus business centre. They are a company called one hub on Kingsford Smith dr Eagle farm.

Still scamming

Fishing for information regarding which service provider our business is with, how long the contract is for and tried to hassle me for a name of who is in charge of the telecommunications contract. I gave the woman no info and she got angry so I hung up. Definite bogan scammer.

Please advise your outbound call center (Dialing From (07) 3088 6343 ) that we are not interested.

This number contacts our office multiple times a day. They state they are from an Optus Business Centre and that they are looking to speak with the owner. They never leave any details and they always say they will "call back". I spoke with Optus online chat and they stated the following: I am sorry but the Business centre number is 133937 and there is no service number from Optus as (07) 3088 6343. I called the number back and they continued to tell me they are apart of Optus... I demanded they remove our business from their calling list.
