I received multiple calls from this number which I didn't answer because it wasn't an identified contact and I wasn't expecting a Brisbane call and I no longer answer calls from those I don't know. They finally left me a message at 4.53 saying it was Fisher Paykel when it was too late for me to call back before the 5 pm deadline.I have a booked Fisher Paykel service call appointment tomorrow morning in the 7 am-to- 12 mid day slot for which I've been waiting since Thursday last week. Surely if Fisher Paykel is bothering to call, you could simply leave a voicemail message on the first call and not waste your and my time with multiple unanswered calls please? I'll now have to wait overnight to see if I still have a slot, whether it's being confirmed or re-scheduled when I may well have lost my time slot? If you're running a call centre, it needs to be better than this in this day and age of scam calls.
