I responded to "How is your day?" By giving a 15 minute made up carry on about my terrible day - had a car acc, lost my job, got a brain tumour etc. asked him to come to my house to help me as he seemed "so kind". He told me he was in India. I asked him why did it come up as a Brisbane number? And then proceeded to pretend cry for another five minutes.
