I called back number (07) 3063 2411 reached IVR for a company called Telstra Business Center.

Rang 'from Telstra' saying one of my phones exceeded call allowance 4 times in last 12 months so I should upgrade to unlimited calls and a 'new' contract. Checked my official telstra business manager - professional as usual. Shared calls & business unlimited plan still in place so this guy did not have all details.

So called overruns were each around $4.

Aggressive manner & accusatory sign-off because I would not sign not helping Telstra.
